This policy explains how AdSolarTech ("we") handles personal information when you use this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect and why

Quote requests. The quote form does not store anything on this website. When you finish it, your answers (name, mobile number, town, the services you need and your bill range) are written into a WhatsApp message that you choose to send to us. We use them only to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
Messages, calls and email you send us, for the same purpose.
Advertising and analytics cookies. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads measure which pages and adverts help people find us. If you decline, these do not run.
Click reference. When you arrive from an advert, your browser keeps the advert click reference and a short reference code for up to 90 days, so we can match an enquiry to the advert that produced it. This stays in your browser unless you send us a message.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. It is shared only with service providers who help us run the business (for example WhatsApp, email and Google advertising services), and where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to quote, install and support your system, and to meet legal and tax record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to direct marketing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@adsolartech.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.

Security

This website is served over HTTPS and does not store form submissions. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us.
